Why does this website say "Basile & Hailey" instead of "Hailey & Basile"?

Great question. Hailey had her turn first on the real website (haileyandbasile.com), so it's only fair that Basile gets top billing here. We also got the domain basileandhailey.com because nobody was using it, and we simply could not resist.
When and where is the ceremony?

The ceremony will take place on Saturday, September 5, 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee. Exact venue details and timing will be shared closer to the date — stay tuned!
What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional. We'd love for guests to dress up, but we want you to be comfortable. Suits and cocktail dresses are perfectly appropriate. Please, no jeans — unless they're very fancy jeans, in which case, honestly, good for you.
Will there be an open bar?

Yes. This is a wedding, not a punishment. The bar will be open and fully stocked. Please drink responsibly and arrange transportation in advance. Basile personally guarantees the quality of the bourbon selection.
Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones are by invitation only. If your invitation included a guest, you're all set! If you're unsure, please reach out before assuming — and definitely before the RSVP system scans their face.
Are children welcome?

We love your kids. We also love an adults-only celebration. Unless your child is specifically named on your invitation, we kindly ask that this be a night off for the parents. Consider it a gift from us to you.
I can't complete the RSVP — the biometric system keeps restarting. Help?

The biometric RSVP system has a known issue where it never actually completes. This is a feature, not a bug. To actually RSVP, please contact Basile or Hailey directly. The system has been "verifying" since 2024 and we've accepted this.
What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please note them when you RSVP (via a human, not the biometric system). Common restrictions are easy to accommodate — unusual ones will be handled on a case-by-case basis with zero judgment.
Is there parking at the venue?

Parking details will be confirmed with the venue information. In the meantime, we strongly encourage ridesharing so everyone can enjoy the open bar responsibly. Nashville's Uber/Lyft scene is excellent.

Can I give a speech or toast?

Toasts will be given by designated speakers. If you feel strongly compelled to share words of love and wisdom, please submit a written request to Basile at least 30 days in advance for review by the Toast Approval Committee (just Basile).

This is a very real spoof of the real wedding website at haileyandbasile.com, which you should also visit. This site exists because someone (Basile) noticed the domain basileandhailey.com was available and the rest is history.
